All treatments are currently being carried out by our Pest Control Team. This includes treatments for bed bugs, cockroaches and insects.

To use the form, you'll be asked to sign in to your My Account. If you don’t have one, you will be asked to create one. 

The charges for these services may be reduced by 50% for domestic occupiers who are in receipt of 85% or more Council Tax benefit.

Neighbour pest nuisance

If you are experiencing a pest nuisance emanating from neighbouring properties and/or land please fill out a report online and the Environmental Health Team shall respond to you within five working days.

Charges for residential and commercial treatments for 2023/24

If you live in council accommodation and require treatment for any of the below pests contact your Housing Officer to arrange a visit from us.

These costs are per household. If you are booking for a property which is split in to flats or rooms these will need to be charged and booked individually

Additional charges may be charged following a survey.

If the treatment is carried out correctly but it fails, there will be no charge for a repeat visit made within 4 weeks following the initial treatment.

'Proofing' is the technical term for any structural maintenance work which you may have to carry out on your house to deny access to rodents (rats and mice). We do not carry out rodent-proofing as part of the treatment service.

*Our wasp treatment service runs from 1 June to 31 October every year.

The British Pest Control Association also has advice and support for pest problems that we do not treat.

If you find a dead animal in your garden you can double-bag the animal and put it on the boundary of your property. Call our Customer Contact Centre to arrange for collection on 020 8554 5000.
