Pest control

Please note that our pest control services are currently limited and, at this time, our priority is rat and wasp treatments.

Pests can spread diseases, spoil food, damage property and harm businesses.

Find out about our domestic and commercial pest control service, what pests we do and don't treat, and how to book a pest control visit.

You can book a pest control visit by using our online booking form. You'll need to check that we treat the pest you have problems with, and if you need to carry out any actions before and after our pest control visit

To use the form, you'll be asked to sign in to your My Account. If you don’t have one, you will be asked to create one.

The charges for these services may be reduced by 50% for domestic occupiers who are in receipt of 85% or more Council Tax benefit.

For even more information on our pest control service please download our pest control leaflet (PDF 1.7MB)

Alternatively, if you are experiencing a pest nuisance emanating from neighbouring properties and/or land please fill out a report online and the Environmental Health Team shall respond to you within five working days.

Please find below a list of pests we treat and a factsheet on each.
