Customer contact centre opening changes - Lynton House
We are open for telephone appointments. If you need to speak to us, please call our customer service advisors on 020 8554 5000 who will be able to help you with your enquiry or direct you to where you can access more information.
You can call us between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Telephone appointments will be scheduled between 9am to 4pm as per opening times. Calls outside of these hours including weekends will be answered by our out of hours service.
Our Face to face service at Lynton House is available by pre-booked appointment only.
We will only see customers with an immediate emergency.
