Redbridge Customer Centre

The Redbridge Customer Centre, on the ground floor of Lynton House, can deal with a range of council services including:

  • housing
  • planning
  • business rates
  • licensing and leaseholders
  • Revenues and Benefits including Council Tax support
  • collection of Green garden waste bags 

The Housing Team are also based in this office. 

Normal opening hours

Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm (excluding public holidays). Housing services are not available until 1pm on a Wednesday.
