Pace The Shallow Sea – A curated selection of works from the oeuvre of Paul Good and Kirsty Wood, studio artists at Valentines Mansion. This exhibition gathers works once shown elsewhere, each tied to a specific, fleeting moment in the artists’ evolving ideas. Inspired by James Hutton’s vision of deep time—“no vestige of a beginning, no prospect of an end”—it traces connections between past and present. In dim light, a boat graveyard video evokes suspended histories, corroded hulls poised between presence and disappearance. Our Easter Trail is the perfect way to celebrate the season and keep little explorers busy this half term. Easter‑themed arts & crafts in the barn — Transformed into a creative space for children to make their own springtime creations. Easter Egg Hunt alongside the trail — Roam the forest in search of hidden eggs filled with Easter surprises. A sweet reward — Once each child finds 5 eggs, they’ll receive a free hot chocolate!
