Bins

If the bins in your park are full, please contact Parks Operations on 020 8708 5437 (open 7 days a week from 8am to 4pm).

Car Parking

Playground equipment 

If the playground equipment is damaged/broken or unsafe, please contact Parks Operations on 020 8708 5437 (open 7 days a week from 8am-4pm).

Grass/Hedges

We try to ensure that the grass is cut and hedges are trimmed on a regular basis in all of our parks. However, if you find that the grass is too long or hedges are overgrown in your park please contact Parks and Open spaces on 020 8708 3141 (open 5 days a week from 8am to 5pm).

If you or your vehicle are locked in the park

If you find yourself or your vehicle locked in the park, please contact the Redbridge Lifeline team on 020 8708 5897.

Other incidents

If you need to report an incident in the park such as anti-social behaviour, vandalism/criminal damage, a nuisance dog or any other matter, please call 999 or dial 101 if you are calling from a mobile phone.
