All of our parks and outdoor spaces are available to hire.
Our parks and outdoor spaces are available to hire for large or small events. You just need a clear event purpose, clear plan and safety measures.

How do I apply?
All events must be approved by the Vision Redbridge Culture and Leisure Events Team. Once we have received your application we will make a provisional booking and provide you with a named contact.
Depending on the type of event , you need to discuss your plans in detail with the events team and the safety advisory group at least 4 weeks before the event.
The deadline for all event applications is the 31 January each year.

Do I need a license?
Each event is unique and we need a clear outline of the event before we can tell you if you need a license. Although some of our venues hold premises licences, it is the responsibility of the hirer to enquire whether their event requires a license

Do I have to pay?
You need to pay for the use of our parks and open spaces. Licenses often carry a charge, which needs to be paid to our licensing team.
