Landlord and Private Tenant Forum
On the 26 June 2023 Redbridge Council approved a new five year Selective Property Licensing Scheme to be known as Scheme 3. Scheme 3 becomes a legal requirement from Wednesday 1 November 2023 until the 31 October 2028. For more information view the Selective Licensing webpage.
On the 30 May 2023, Redbridge Council approved a new five year Additional Licensing scheme for small HMOs boroughwide. Additional licensing becomes a legal requirement from Monday 18 September 2023 until 17 September 2028. For more information view the Additional Licensing webpage.
Landlord Forum
If you are a landlord or letting agent, come along to our quarterly Landlord Forum. These meetings are free to attend and are a good opportunity to network and share information on a wide variety of topics.
The aims of the forum are to:
- facilitate and promote good quality rented homes across the London Borough of Redbridge
- develop and share good practices and to enhance the local private rented sector
- provide current policy information
- facilitate member access to training and development opportunities
