Report a stolen or damaged bin

If your bin was stolen, please report it to the police

 

Provide video evidence of a stolen or damaged bin 

If you have video evidence from CCTV or a Ring doorbell showing our crew members misplacing or damaging your wheelie bin. You can report this to us. 

We’ll investigate the issue accordingly and let you know if we can provide a bin free of charge. If you do not have video evidence than you need to pay for replacement 

 

What happens next  

We aim to deliver within 10 working days. 

If you reported a stolen or damaged bin, we’ll investigate the issue. 

We’ll contact you if we need more information.
