New to Redbridge

Wheelie bins and recycling containers should be left at the property for new residents when someone moves out.

If you have checked and there is no bin at the property, you can request a replacement bin.

You can also request two free recycling boxes if you do not have any.

You’ll need to complete the replacement form and upload photo evidence to show you’ve recently moved to the borough.

While you wait for your new recycling boxes, you can present your recycling in cardboard boxes or clear sacks. You can also put out up to three black rubbish bags each week while you wait for your wheelie bin.

We’ll not collect any recycling from dustbins.
