Welcome to the home page of Redbridge Youth Service. We aim to give you opportunities and experiences that will help you to develop skills, make friends and create long and lasting memories. We hope to see you soon.
To attend any of our activities below, you must be registered with us. If you haven't completed it before, complete our youth services registration form. So that our emails reach you please use a personal email address, not your school one.
The Summer holidays will soon be upon us and we are finalising a great summer of events for you to get involved with. However, our normal term-time programme is running until the schools break up so please look below to see what's going on and we hope to see you soon.

Are you aged 16 to 18, just finished exams and not in college, work or training? If so, we can help you gain skills you need to move on to your next destination.
The future focus & fun programme starts on 5th July and it will offer support & help with your future plans & life skills. Our dedicated team of staff will be there to help maximise your potential and prepare you for the future. The programme runs 3 days a week, over a period of weeks and will be delivered at Hainault Youth Centre.

The Duke of Edinburgh's award, also known as DofE, is a life-changing adventure you don’t want to miss.
It’s about going the extra mile! Learning new skills for work and life, getting fitter, making a difference and broadening your horizons. The coronavirus doesn’t mean your DofE needs to stop. You can start your volunteering, physical and skills sections from home or remotely using the DofE website.
There are various levels of programme which when completed lead to a Bronze, Silver or Gold DofE Award, check our DofE page for more information and information on how to enrol.
We work with you, the young people of Redbridge on the streets, estates and parks, who are not accessing existing youth services in Redbridge. Email Youth Service for more information.
There are many venues across Redbridge open for young people aged from 7 to 19 years to visit.
Get involved in sport activities, including boxing, basketball and table tennis or visit a gaming zone.
Our youth club at Hainault Youth Centre not only provides workshops and sessions as listed above, but also provides additional support with homework as well as advice and guidance.
ELOP provides a range of social activities for young people in the LGBTQ+ community. Activities include mentoring, youth clubs and more. They have a fantastic summer programme which offers free face-to-face activities for LGBTQ+ young people aged 12-18. Vision provide many activities and services for young people. They have a Sports Club Directory and a number of regular activities which include musical theatre and youth fitness sessions. Details of these can be found on the Vision website.

Hainault Youth Centre
A free hub for young people aged from 11 to 16, which promotes positive activities for girls and boys.
Offers a wide range of activities, including table tennis, snooker, gaming, and sports such as kickboxing, football, and basketball. Role models and mentors support each activity and every young person who attends can also enjoy a free hot meal, drink and dessert.
Each session will provide competition prize giveaways, with the opportunity for young people to win vouchers to a wide range of retailers including Amazon, Nando’s and JD Sports.
Open every Monday and Wednesday between 4.30pm and 9pm at RAP, Starch House Lane, Barkingside, IG6 1PU.

Box-up is an award-winning organisation which provide free boxing sessions to young people aged 7 to 19 years, focusing on boxing technique, fitness and discipline, in a fun and relaxed space. We also have a team of positive role models that are willing to listen to and support you.
