Summary
You will provide a quality social work service to children, young people and their families/carers to ensure an environment which safeguards and promotes their welfare, and enables children wherever possible to remain within their family and community. You will be expected to practice effectively, exercising higher quality judgements, in situations of increasing complexity, risk, uncertainty and challenge.

(£46,041- £52,116) Senior Social Worker/Senior Practitioner (plus £3000 bonus after 12 months)
(£52,116- £58,248) Practice Manager (plus £3000 bonus after 12 months)
(£55,155- £61,617) Team Manager (plus £3000 bonus after 12 months)
