This Article 4 Direction removes the majority of permitted development rights granted under Part 1 classes A, B, C, D, F of the GPDO for most types of alterations or extensions to the designated properties which would affect their frontages. PD is also removed for development which would be allowed under Pt31 cl B and Pt40 cl A, B and C of the GPDO, relating to demolition of front boundary walls/fences/railings, installation of solar/photovoltaic panels, and flues for a biomass heat system
