Bullying

Speak to a member of staff at your child’s school, if you are worried about bullying. You can also find the school’s anti-bullying policy on their website.

You can talk to someone you trust if it happens outside school, for example in a club or online.

See GOV.UK for more information on how to report bullying

Bullying is a deliberately hurtful act, which is repeated often, over a period of time.

It can happen anywhere:

  • in schools
  • in social clubs
  • on the street or in parks
  • online or through phones and social media
  • even at home

Bullying is never okay. We want all children to feel safe and respected. Everyone should understand how their actions affect others.
