Supplementary Planning Documents

Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs) expand on our adopted policies to provide more detailed information than can be contained in the policies themselves. They give guidance to the public, applicants and developers when making planning applications. In some cases they may set out how policies apply to a particular site.

Section 106 template

We have a standardised template for Section 106 Agreements; this should be used in conjunction with the Planning Obligations SPD and relevant policies.
