Supplementary Planning Documents
The Council is currently revising a number of Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs) which will provide further guidance and information on specific policies within the adopted Local Plan, such as housing design, conversions, extensions, and planning obligations (including affordable housing, employment and skills, and transport); and will supersede the documents listed below. The new SPDs will be consulted on later in the year.
Supplementary Planning Documents
Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs) expand on our adopted policies to provide more detailed information than can be contained in the policies themselves. They give guidance to the public, applicants and developers when making planning applications. In some cases they may set out how policies apply to a particular site.
