Site inspections

We are now carrying out a full pattern of site inspections. Inspections will be carried out following the government's social distancing measures and council officers will be wearing personal protective equipment (face masks and gloves).

You can book site inspections using the below form or alternatively you can book direct on your phone by downloading the LABC Site Inspection App for Apple or Android.

We recommend that you make your submissions online and contact us at buildingcontrol@redbridge.gov.uk. This will ensure we continue to maintain an effective dialogue with respect to your project and associated matters.

Same day inspection

If you would like a same day inspection call before 10am on 020 8708 2529 and we will do our best to book an inspection for you. (Please note that 24hrs notice is required for all Completion visits).

Next day inspections

If you are happy for your site inspection to be carried out from tomorrow (next working day) or after then you can complete the online booking form below or contact Building Control.

It is your responsibility to make sure site visits are requested at key stages of your building work. You will be given a schedule of what you need to tell us and when an application has been submitted to us.
