You can pay for parking using your mobile phone in various locations across the borough.

The service, provided by RingGo, allows you to pay for parking with your debit or credit card.

 

Pay by phone

If you are using the RingGo service for the first time, you need to register by calling 020 3046 0010 or register online to use RingGo

 

Pay on the app

You can also use the RingGo smartphone app.

Benefits of RingGo phone payment

There are several good reasons to use RingGo when you park:

• no need to carry coins around with you
• no queueing at the ticket machine
• simple to use — just call RingGo with the location code from the tariff board where you are parking
• you can extend your parking period from wherever you are, so there is no need to rush back to your vehicle to buy another ticket

 

Fees and charges

Parking will be charged at the usual rate for the place where you park. There is no additional fee to pay by phone or when using the app.

Your calls to pay for your parking are charged at your phone tariff’s normal land-line rate, and texts are also at the standard rate. Any free minutes or texts you have available may be used.

There is an optional parking session confirmation text message as well as reminder texts (alerting you when your session is about to run out), which cost 15p per message. Please note that these charges are not mandatory and are optional and payable only if you opt for these services.
