Report illegal parking
If you witness illegal or dangerous parking, you can report it to our enforcement team.
Examples of illegal parking
- obstructing a dropped kerb. For example, driveways or pedestrian crossings
- parking in a disabled bay without a valid Blue Badge
- parking on school zig-zag lines during restricted times
- parking on double yellow lines or on pedestrian crossings
- blocking bus stops, cycle lanes or emergency access routes
How to report
You’ll need to:
- enter your contact details
- the location of the parked vehicle
- details of the vehicle
- upload any photos your may have
You can also call 020 8708 5211 from 8am to 8pm. You’ll not be able to leave a message.
An enforcement officer may visit the location to take action.
You cannot use this number
For any Penalty Charge Notices (PCN) questions.
