Report illegal parking

If you witness illegal or dangerous parking, you can report it to our enforcement team.

 

Examples of illegal parking

  • obstructing a dropped kerb. For example, driveways or pedestrian crossings
  • parking in a disabled bay without a valid Blue Badge
  • parking on school zig-zag lines during restricted times
  • parking on double yellow lines or on pedestrian crossings
  • blocking bus stops, cycle lanes or emergency access routes

 

How to report

You’ll need:

  • the location of the parked vehicle
  • details of the vehicle

Call 020 8708 5211 from 7am to 10.30pm. You’ll not be able to leave a message.

An enforcement officer may visit the location to take action.

You cannot use this number

For any Penalty Charge Notices (PCN) questions.
