First permit application

You can apply for a parking permit if you’re employed by a business which is in a controlled parking zone (CPZ). You can find your CPZ by using our map

Apply for a permit 

You should receive your permit through the post within 10 working days from the date we receive your application.  

 

Cost of permits

  • 6 month permits are £375.00
  • 12 month permits are £650.00

Please note paper applications will incur an additional £25.00 on top of the prices stated above.

 

Renew your permit

The process for renewing your permit is the same as above.

You should receive your permit through the post within 10 working days from the date we receive your application.  

 

Make changes to your permit

If a permit has been lost or stolen – We will issue you with a replacement permit. The replacement permit will show the same expiry date as your previous permit. There is a £25.00 administration charge for replacement permits to cover our costs.

To apply for a replacement permit, please contact the Parking Team as soon as possible:

Change of details

If you have moved, changed your name or have a new vehicle you need to inform us:

  • complete an online form
  • call  020 8708 3636 and ask for a form

There is a £25.00 administration charge for replacement permits to cover our costs. You should receive your permit through the post within 10 working days from the date we receive your application.  

 

Cancel your permit

To cancel and get a refund on your permit you must complete a refund form (PDF 153KB) and return your permit to parking management:

We will issue a cheque refund for any time remaining on the permit, minus a £25.00 admin fee.
