Apply for business parking permits
New permit system launch
We are transitioning to a new online parking permit system. This change affects all types of permits including resident, business, and visitor permits.
You’ll not be able to park in your parking zone until you receive the parking permit and can display this in your car.
What you need to do
To use the new system, you may need to create a new account and you will need to submit the following documents:
• Proof of residence (for example - Council Tax account, utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of vehicle ownership (for example - V5C logbook or company car documentation)
Even if you've submitted these documents before, you must resubmit them. This is to ensure data protection and eligibility verification.
Security and data protection
No existing documentation will be migrated to the new system. This is a deliberate decision to protect your personal data and ensure only valid applications are processed.
You can apply for a parking permit if you’re employed by a business which is in a controlled parking zone (CPZ). You can find your CPZ by using our map
