Lost or stolen Blue Badge

If your Blue Badge is lost or has been stolen, please call us on 020 7520 7205.

If your badge is due to expire in less than three months, you need to reapply instead.

Request a replacement online

To replace the Blue Badge you’ll need:

• your personal details
• your National Insurance number, if you have one
• the existing badge number, if you know it

If the badge has been stolen you will also need a crime reference number.
