Share your views and help shape Redbridge’s Air Quality Action Plan

Clean air matters. It affects everyone in our borough - residents, workers, commuters and visitors alike.
Over the last few years, we have made significant improvements in air quality around the borough that has seen air polluting nitrogen dioxide levels decrease by 40%, along with a 50% reduction in particulate matter, another common air pollutant.
While Redbridge is currently meeting national objectives for these pollutants, we are working towards lowering levels even further, and that’s why we have developed an updated Air Quality Action Plan.
It sets out what the Council aims to do over the next five years to reduce harmful air pollutants and we want you to be included in those decisions.
Your views will help shape the final version before the plan is adopted, which is why we’re asking local people to get involved. We’d like to know your thoughts on it.
