Don't miss out on MegaMix – affordable summer activities for children 8-16

To support with the rising cost of living, this summer Redbridge Council is funding a MegaMix of discounted sports and activities for children aged 8-16.

For as little as £1, families in Redbridge can sign children up for fun activities ranging from dance to digital workshops and swimming to roller skating.

The taster sessions are available to book through the Vision website.

Activities on offer include:

  • Athletics
  • Arts & Crafts
  • Girls Basketball
  • Cricket
  • Dance
  • Drama
  • Digital Workshop
  • Girls Football
  • Hockey
  • Music
  • Photography
  • Roller Skating
  • Tennis

The Deputy Leader of Redbridge Council and Cabinet Member for Finance, Leisure and Culture, Cllr Kam Rai, said, "With England winning the Euros and Birmingham hosting the Commonwealth Games, we are enjoying an incredible summer of sport in the UK. We wanted to bring some of that buzz to Redbridge while supporting local families through the rising cost of living by providing affordable sports and activity sessions throughout the summer months for children in our borough.

“With girl's football and athletics on offer, you never know, we may even discover some future Lionesses and Commonwealth games stars here in Redbridge."
