Residents invited to attend North Forum - Monday, 21 February

Published: 12 February 2022

Making residents feel safer and Hainault Forest barns redevelopment are just some of the hot topics to be discussed and debated at the next North Forum.

The virtual event starts at 7pm on Monday, 21 February. The Leader of Redbridge Council, Cllr Jas Athwal, will lead the session. Residents who live or work in the wards of Aldborough, Barkingside, Clayhall, Fairlop & Fullwell & Hainault will have the opportunity to discuss any local issues or concerns they have and participate in a live Q&A session with the Leader.

Cllr Jas Athwal will open the event with a presentation on what's happening locally and take questions from the online audience.

The North Forum will feature information on:

  • Community safety
  • COVID safety measures
  • Fairlop Waters update
  • Hainault Forest barns redevelopment update
  • Street cleansing and crackdown on fly-tipping and litter
