Redbridge students celebrate fantastic GCSE success
Published: 20 August 2026
Students across Redbridge are celebrating their GCSE results, marking the end of years of hard work, determination and support from families, teachers and school staff.
Redbridge Council congratulates all our students, teachers, support staff and parents for their dedication and commitment throughout the year.
To share in the excitement, Cllr Lloyd Duddridge, Cabinet Member for Children, Young People and Education, visited Seven Kings School, where students were opening their envelopes and celebrating with friends.
Cllr Duddridge said: “It’s been a wonderful morning here at Seven Kings. So many happy faces, so many fantastic results, and so many inspiring stories.
“Our students in Redbridge have shown extraordinary resilience and determination, and every grade they’ve earned reflects that effort. They deserve their success and the exciting opportunities ahead of them. Their futures are wide open, and there is no limit to what they can achieve.
“I know many will now be celebrating with their families and friends, and rightly so. I also want to thank our teaching staff for their tireless dedication. Their commitment gives our young people the confidence, ambition and support they need to reach their full potential.”
