
Join us to reflect on the life of Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh on Friday 16 April

Please join us on Friday 16 April at 4pm for a virtual multi-faith commemoration of the life of His Royal Highness Prince Philip, The Duke of Edinburgh.
Following the deeply sad news of the passing of the Duke of Edinburgh last week we will have reflections from political and faith leaders from across the borough.
The event, will be opened by the Mayor of Redbridge and a one-minute silence will be led by Thomas Chan, the Deputy Lieutenant for the borough.
The commemoration is open to everyone and will be held virtually using Zoom.

A closing address will be made by Cllr Jas Athwal, Leader of Redbridge Council.
Sign our online book of condolence for the Duke of Edinburgh
The televised funeral service for The Duke of Edinburgh will take place on Saturday 17 April at 3pm, and begin with a national minute's silence. The public have been asked not to attend Royal Residences to lay tributes, but to donate to charity instead.
