Employment Support
Are you ready to start work and need advice and support? Do you have a health condition or any barriers to employment?
Due to DWP funding requirements we can only support people who meet the eligibility criteria below.
Eligibility criteria:
- Be over 16 years old
- Be living in Redbridge
- Have the right work in the UK
- Be unemployed or at risk of losing your job due to a health condition
- Have recourse to public funds (unless you have refugee status with the right to work)
- Not be on other DWP funded employment programme
If you are eligible for our service, please complete our registration form below. We will then contact you to explain the next steps.
At your first appointment you will need to bring:
- Proof of ID i.e. Birth Certificate or Passport and Share Code (if applicable)
- Proof of address dated in the last 3 months
- Proof of NI number
You will get information, advice and referrals to local organisations who may be able to help you. All our appointments take place at various venues across Redbridge.

- Information on gaining skills through volunteering
- Improving your interview techniques including virtual and telephone interviews
- Gaining employability skills and finding training opportunities
- Accessing local employment opportunities and fortnightly vacancy bulletin
