Landlord Forum
If you are a landlord or letting agent, come along to our quarterly Landlord Forum. These meetings are free to attend and are a good opportunity to network and share information on a wide variety of topics.
The forum aims to:
- facilitate and promote good quality rented homes across the London Borough of Redbridge
- develop and share good practices and to enhance the local private rented sector
- provide current policy information
- facilitate member access to training and development opportunities

Do you rent your home privately? If you would like to attend our virtual meetings to get information and advice on a wide range of tenant issues please register your interest
- get up to date information on current legal policy e.g. evictions and rent repayment orders
- help improve your neighbourhood and tackle issues like poor housing standards, fly-tipping and anti-social behaviour
- gain access to resources and training including free tenant accreditation and tenant referencing support and advice on housing issues
