Sign up for a My Housing account to view your Redbridge housing account online.

You can sign up if you are a council tenant, leaseholder, living in temporary accommodation or renting a council garage.

Once you have signed up, you can: 

• view your account
• check your current balance
• pay any outstanding balance
• see your charging and payment history
• print statements

Register for a Redbridge account 

You will need to register for an online Redbridge account before you can set up your My Housing account.

1. Register for an online Redbridge account
2. You will then need your PIN number to set up your My Housing account. We will have sent you your PIN number in the post. 
3. When you have logged into your Redbridge account, use the following steps to set up your leaseholder or tenant My Housing account.

Set up a My Housing account if you are a leaseholder

1. Log into your online Redbridge account.
2. You will need your leaseholder account reference number to sign up for a My Housing account.
3. Set up a leaseholder My Housing account.

Set up a tenant My Housing account 

You can set up a tenant My Housing account if you are:

• a council tenant
• living in temporary accommodation
• a tenant with court costs
• renting a council garage

1. Log into your online Redbridge account.
2. You will need your rent account number to sign up for a My Housing account.
3. Set up a tenant MyHousing account.
