Property licensing register

Update to our Property Licensing Public Register

We're moving to a new property licensing system. During this time, we have identified an issue with the address information displayed for a small number of properties on the public register.

The issue is being fixed. If you're a landlord and notice that the details displayed for your licensed property are incorrect, please email prslicensing@redbridge.gov.uk.

By law we need to keep a register of:

• licensed properties
• temporary exemption notices issued (relating to property licensing)
• management orders

The registers are updated regularly as new property licences are issued.
