Property licensing register
By law we need to keep a register of:
- licensed properties
- temporary exemption notices issued (relating to property licensing)
- management orders
The registers are updated regularly as new property licences are issued.
Search the property licensing register
You can search for pending applications or issued licences on our licensing register.
You’re able to search by:
- address
- postcode
- name
- licence number
