Manage your housing account online
Residents' rent accounts and repair reporting will be temporarily unavailable from Wednesday 10 September at 4pm to Tuesday 16 September. This is due to upgrades to our systems.
If you would like to make a payment during this time, please visit the Pay for it section. We'll not be able to make changes during this time so some requests may take longer.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
You can set up a MyHousing account if you’re:
- a council tenant
- living in temporary accommodation
- a tenant with court costs
- renting a council garage
What you can do online
When you register to manage your account online you can:
- view your account
- check your current balance
- pay any outstanding balance
- book a non-emergency repair
- view the details of any repairs you've had done
- download and print a statement
- view information about your tenancy

Create an account
You’ll need to:
- Register for a Redbridge account
- We’ll send you a PIN number in the post
- Log back into your Redbridge account when you receive your PIN number

If you’re a leaseholder
- You’ll need your leaseholder account reference number
- Set up a leaseholder My Housing account
