Garages located on council estates may be rented by council tenants, leaseholders and private individuals for the purpose of storing a vehicle only.
£15.51 to £23.27 for council tenants and leaseholders (no VAT is payable)
£18.61 to £27.92 for private residents and anyone with a second garage (including VAT)

Rent a parking space
There are a limited number of parking spaces available to rent on the following council estates:

Gaysham Hall, Longwood Gardens, Barkingside, IG5 0ER

Beehive Court, Beehive Lane, IG1 3RR

St Peters Close, Newbury Park, IG2 7QN
If you live on any of the above estates you are eligible to apply. However, there is currently a waiting list on all sites.
The weekly charge is £1.20 to £2.67
