Annual Public Health Report 2016/17
This year’s Annual Public Health Report is about the health and wellbeing of adults in Redbridge. This follows on from last year’s report “Growing up in Redbridge”, which focused on the lives of children and young people. In this report we continue further along the life course past childhood, to describe health and wellbeing in adult life and through into older age.
Growing up in Redbridge
Last year’s Annual Public Health Report focused on children and young people and what it is like to grow up in Redbridge.
The wellbeing of our children is of special concern as they have their whole lives to benefit from a good start in life. Investing effort and resources in supporting children to gain a good start in life has been shown to be very cost effective.
