Wellbeing Walks

Why not try one of the many walking groups across Redbridge. It's a great way to get some exercise and make new friends too.

Walking has many health benefits and best of all its free.

The Wellbeing Walks offer walks for adults which are led by qualified walk leaders. The walks run from various parks and open spaces across Redbridge on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

There are also different difficulty grades for the walks so you be able to find something that suits you.

All you need to do is turn up and enjoy the company and the changing seasons. No booking required.

For dates and times of wellbeing walks, visit the Vision website.
