Group Walking

Inclusive Walk and Talk

Join these Walk and Talks which are inclusive, accessible, fun and friendly – so the whole community can take part and benefit.

Come and enjoy a breath of fresh air at one of the weekly walks in Valentines Park. These inclusive walks are open to people living with dementia, mental health illness, disabilities, cancer and stroke survivors (no matter the stage).

You can come along with carers, friends or family (children welcome) and join the gentle stroll.

The walks are run by fully trained friendly walk leaders and provide a chance for you to socialise and participate in small walks at a pace that suits you.
