Engagement Hubs
What are the Engagement Hubs?
The Engagement Hubs have been set up to bring essential council services into the local community so you can access the support you need right on your doorstep.
You will be able to access a range of services including:
- cost of living support
- information for parents and families
- advice for young people with special educational needs and disabilities and their parents and carers
- discuss concerns and issues to the Metropolitan Police
Redbridge Engagement Hubs are open for anyone to visit.
Where are the Engagement Hubs?
- Ilford Engagement Hub at Jubilee Gardens, Ilford Lane
- Hainault Engagement Hub at Hainault Library, Manford Way every Tuesday
Enforcement Hubs in Hainault and York Road
We are currently transforming our Enforcement Hubs in Manford Way, Hainault and York Road, Ilford. They will turn into Engagement Hubs that will be used by local services to offer support and advice to residents.
The Hub in Hainault will be moved into the library space as this is a more suitable site for residents to access services. We hope to have both Engagement hubs fully operational early in the new year.
Hainault Engagement Hub timetable
The Engagement Hub in Hainault Library is open every Tuesday from 10am to 2pm.
