What are the Engagement Hubs?

The Engagement Hubs have been set up to bring essential council services into the local community so you can access the support you need right on your doorstep.

You will be able to access a range of services including: 

• cost of living support
• information for parents and families
• advice for young people with special educational needs and disabilities and their parents and carers
• discuss concerns and issues to the Metropolitan Police

Redbridge Engagement Hubs are open for anyone to visit.

 

Where are the Engagement Hubs?

• Ilford Engagement Hub at Jubilee Gardens, Ilford Lane
• Hainault Engagement Hub at Hainault Library, Manford Way every Tuesday

 

Customer Contact Centre 

To speak with a Customer Service Advisor face to face, please visit the Loxford Engagement Hub on a Tuesday or Friday morning.

Drop-ins are available, however we recommend that you book an appointment. 

 

Hainault Engagement Hub timetable 

The Engagement Hub in Hainault Library is open every Tuesday from 10am to 2pm.

Please check the timetable for specific times for the services you need.

Loxford Engagement Hub timetable 

 

The Loxford Engagement Hub on Ilford Lane runs throughout the week. Loxford Councillor surgeries held every second Saturday of the month.  At present, some services may not be available each week due to staff illness and annual leave. Please ensure you check the timetable regularly to keep up to date.

Monday	12pm to 1pm	Helping Hopes Foodbank	Free fresh groceries to those most in need.	Priority is given to those referred. You can drop in but it's subject to demand.
Tuesday	9am to 1pm	Redbridge Quits Smoking	Want to give up smoking? Free support for anyone living or working in Redbridge, aged 12 and above	Drop in, no need to book
Tuesday	10am to 12pm	Adult Social Care	Get Support and advice from our Adult Social Care team.	Drop in, no need to book
Tuesday	11am to 1pm	Metropolitan Police	Meet your local Police Community Safety Officers and discuss your concerns.
Thursday	9am to 5pm	Cranstoun	Support and advice services	Appointment only
Friday	9am to 5pm	Redbridge Customer Contact	Customer Services and Housing Benefit, Council Tax specialists.	Bookings are preferred
