Council Tax e-billing

Choose to receive notifications of bills and benefit letter and entitlements by email rather than paper bills sent through the post.

If you haven't already done so, set up your Redbridge account now as you will need to link this to your Council Tax account reference number as quoted on your latest Council Tax bill.

Once done or if you already have a Redbridge account please follow the instructions below.

Go to the Redbridge Council Tax page Click on Manage your council tax account online Click on ‘Register to use additional Council Tax services’, this takes you to the Redbridge account login, proceed to login with username and password Login to the online portal. Follow the instructions and when done click ‘next’ to complete the process.

You will then benefit from being able to

  • view bills
  • view benefit notification letters and entitlement
  • check instalments
  • view and manage your Council Tax accounts - set up or amend a Direct Debit, make payments, apply for a single person discount or tell us when you're moving. 

Managing your own account online allows the council to provide a more cost-effective service.
