Service changes
Due to the current coronavirus situation, there are some services changes:
- Please only call us if you have an urgent enquiry. We are asking residents to use our online contact form instead if they can.
- Our call centre is open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday
- The Customer Contact Centre is open by appointment only
Urgent enquiries only on the phone
Due to the current coronavirus situation, we are having to change the way we handle your calls. This means we may be delayed in answering but will do everything we can to get to you as soon as possible. We are asking you to help us during this period by only contacting us if you have an urgent query that cannot wait. We understand this is a difficult time and hugely appreciate your patience and understanding as we prioritise helping our more vulnerable customers.

Customer contact centre opening changes
We are open for telephone appointments. Please use our online contact form for enquiries. If you need to speak to us, please call our customer service advisors on 020 8554 5000 who will be able to help you with your enquiry or direct you to where you can access more information.
You can call us between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Telephone appointments will be scheduled between 9am to 4pm as per opening times. Calls outside of these hours including weekends and will be answered by our out of hours service.

The Redbridge Customer Centre offers a range of council service including:
