Using our website to contact us or report your issue allows us to help people who can’t use the online channels available to them.
You can call Customer Services on 020 8554 5000. We’re open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.

Out of hours emergencies
If you need to contact us urgently when our offices are closed, call 020 8554 5000 or 020 8708 5897. This is Monday to Friday, 6pm to 8am and weekends.
We can only deal with emergencies such as:
- antisocial behaviour
- registrars
- dangerous structures
- Lifeline
If you’re worried about a vulnerable child, call the out of hours child protection team on 020 8708 5897.
If you’re in danger call 999.

The video call service is available for:
- General enquiries - Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm
- Housing benefits and council tax - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4pm
- Emergency out of hours - every day 8am to 8pm (outside of these hours you can text 07800 140 749)

- Enter your name (this is optional) and select which Redbridge service you want to contact
- You will then be connected to a video BSL Interpreter
