Members Licensing Bulletin

The Members Licensing Bulletin provides information about all business licensing applications made to the Council. Licensing applications are listed according to their types of Licence and Wards.

The authority request that you review the applications received and provide any comments via email or if you wish to make a representation, please visit representation guidelines.

The range of topics included in the bulletin are:

Late Night Refreshment, Regulated Entertainment and Alcohol Licensing
Special treatments
Gambling
Marriage premises
Car boot sales
Town centre events
Pavement trading - goods and BAPA tables and chairs

The Council's Enforcement Services, often in partnership with other statutory partners, will be present on the proposed sites in order to enforce good practices and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
