Licensing including street trading

We want to let business owners know about some scammers pretending to be licensing officers. These fraudsters are targeting businesses and demanding immediate payment for licensing fees through methods like bank transfers or cash payments.

Licensing officers from the council will never ask for payments via bank transfer or cash. You should always make payments through verified channels, like our council website and council payment options.
