This list identifies the statutory Responsible Authorities under the 2003 Act who must be notified of all licensing applications, for example, premises licences, club premises certificates, variations, TENs or reviews.

If you apply by post or hand-delivery, you must serve the hard copy yourself to each authority and retain proof of service (e.g., postal receipt or delivery confirmation).
Failure to notify any of the Responsible Authorities may result in delays or your application being deemed invalid.
