Report damage to a vehicle or property

Make a claim 

If you think our crew has damaged your property, you can contact our contractor directly. They handle all damage claims. This damage could be to your home, garden area, or your vehicle. 

They may arrange to visit you to look at the damage. If they agree the damage was caused by the crew, the claim will then be passed to their insurance company. This process can take a few months. 

If you have evidence, please include: 

  • CCTV footage 
  • doorbell camera footage (e.g., Ring) 
  • photos of the damage 
  • video footage of the damage 

Please attach any of these to your email.

What happens next  

Because the claim has to go through an insurance process, it may take some time.  

However, someone from Redbridge Civic Services (our waste contractor) will contact you as soon as possible to start the process.
