Recycling banks

There are lots of ways to recycle in Redbridge and most residents can recycle from home.

On-street recycling banks

We also have on-street recycling facilities or recycling banks around the borough for use by residents out and about, living in locations where a kerbside or flats service isn't available.

Items accepted:

  • paper
  • glass bottles
  • plastic bottles
  • cans and tins.

Find your nearest recycling point and what you can take there.

Adopt a site

If you are part of a community group and would you like to earn money for your group, you can apply to adopt an on-street recycling point.

You can help us maintain recycling banks, helping discourage fly-tipping and misuse. Groups are responsible for keeping the sites clean and tidy, reporting fly and providing monthly feedback. You will receive a fee for your community groups as well as free equipment and training.

If you are interested or would like further information please contact recycling@redbridge.gov.uk with your name, community group name and contact details.

Note that feedback relates only to this page and it's content. You can also feedback about the entire site.
