Christmas tree collections
We will collect your real Christmas trees.
When will the collection take place
Collections can take place anytime between Monday 12 January and Friday 23 January 2026.
To ensure collection you must:
- Leave your tree at the boundary of your property by 6am on 12th January
- Remove all decorations
- Ensure your tree is clearly visible
There is no fee for the service, and no booking is required. Only real trees will be collected.
Christmas Tree Collection by Haven House
Haven House will be collecting Christmas trees for a small donation from Monday 5 January to Wednesday 7 January 2026. To book your collection, please visit Haven House website and secure your slot.
