Manage your claim or view your letters online

To register or view your claim summary or letters you will need:

  • First and last name
  • Date of birth
  • National Insurance number
  • Post code
  • Email address
  • Current benefit claim reference (this will begin with a 0 or a 1 and is 8 digits long) if you have already registered. 

 

You can view your current Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Reduction claims online (this is not available to those claims that have been terminated).
