Manage your claim or view your letters online
To register or view your claim summary or letters you will need:
- First and last name
- Date of birth
- National Insurance number
- Post code
- Email address
- Current benefit claim reference (this will begin with a 0 or a 1 and is 8 digits long) if you have already registered.
You can view your current Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Reduction claims online (this is not available to those claims that have been terminated).
You can register to get email notifications when a new Housing Benefit or Council Tax Reduction letter is ready for you to view.
If you've already registered you can view your Housing Benefit or Council Tax Reduction letters online.
