View your benefits online

To view your Council Tax Reduction and/or Housing Benefit claim summary, view online letters and register for online letters, you will need to create an account on our online portal.

You will need to have an active Council Tax Reduction and/or Housing Benefit claim.

If you already have an account to view your Council Tax account you can sign in and add Benefits to your existing account.

If you do not have an account you will need to create one.

When your account is set up, from the portal select Benefits and existing claims.

You’ll be able to see your current weekly entitlement and who is included in your claim.

If you receive Housing Benefit, you can view the payments that have been made.

If you register for online letters you will receive an email you to notify you each time we produce a new letter.
