Redbridge Safeguarding Adults Board SAB
Do you work or volunteer to deliver services to the residents of Redbridge?
The Redbridge Safeguarding Adults Board have recently developed and published a protocol to support those working with adults across Redbridge where there may be signs of self-neglect and hoarding.
The Protocol provides useful information on recognising self-neglect, understanding hoarding, local guidance on making safeguarding referral, a clutter image tool and rating scale to help with assessment. Please share this with any colleagues in your organisation that undertake direct work with residents in the Borough – particularly those that undertake home visits.
If you have any queries, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org

Redbridge Safeguarding Adults Board Escalation and Resolution Policy
The Board has developed an Escalation and Resolution Policy that can be used by professionals and agencies when there is a disagreement in relation to a response to a safeguarding adult issue. The Policy provides a framework with various stages aimed at reaching a resolution in the best interest of the adult and keeps their wellbeing and safeguarding paramount.
