Photography and filming model release – Parental consent form

I understand:

• That Redbridge Council has been clear around how and when the photographs and videos of my child will be used
• I am aware that I can request for my child’s images to no longer be retained within the two year retention period
• I understand that if I wish for any footage or photography of my child to be deleted that I must do this in writing to: photoconsent@redbridge.gov.uk and I can do this at anytime
• I understand the images of my child will only be used where I have given explicit consent
• I understand a confirmation email will be sent, and only when I respond to photoconsent@redbridge.gov.uk can Redbridge Council use photographs/video footage that my child has been captured in
• I understand that there will be no payments for my child’s participation in any photographs or footage
