Happy Christmas to all Redbridge residents
Dec 22
I’d like to wish everyone in Redbridge a Happy Christmas. I hope that whatever you do over the festive period that you are able to spend time with friends and family.
During the year I have met many residents, community groups and leaders of many different faiths. Like me, they are proud to live and work in Redbridge and are committed to making the Borough a better place to live for everyone. Thank you to all the people who have helped make a difference in Redbridge during 2009.
At this family time, we should take a moment to remember the people who can’t be with their loved ones because they are away from home for whatever reason – including the men and women serving abroad in our armed forces.
And I would particularly like to thank the people who will be working in the Borough over Christmas to provide our emergency services and look after vulnerable people. To all Redbridge residents, have a great holiday and good luck for 2010!
