'On Day or Day One - You Decide'

We say, start with us today on the journey to inspire a new generation of Roald Dahls!

  • Does your child love writing stories?
  • Do they dream of becoming an author?

If the answer to these questions is yes, then our club might be the right place for them to start! We are looking for highly motivated children who are prepared to actively participate in the group.

The group will meet weekly to write and discuss stories written by its members and to further develop creative writing skills. The group will accommodate a maximum of 6 children only, to ensure focus on each child's style and strengths.

Suitable for 7 to 10 years

Venue: South Woodford Library & Gym

Date: Every Wednesday (term time only)

Time: 5.30pm to 7pm

Cost and Bookings: FREE

If you would like your child to become a member of our club, please submit a story written by them to the project coordinator and explain briefly what their aspirations and goals are as a young writer.

Referrals will be screened and you will be informed if your child was successfully enrolled.

Please email referrals to youngwritersclub.southwoodford@gmail.com
